Welcome, Ghosts

I see it as something necessary in order to realign the spine to let Kundalini flood your entire body and soul, so to speak. Instead of hiding the parts we call shadows, we face them, recognize them, embrace them, and integrate them to the dynamic unity we call life.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away goes the saying. An epiphany a day keeps you alive and awake say our intuitions.
